Keith Dicker is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of IceCap Asset Management, a Canada-based investment management firm. He leads the firm in providing discretionary investment management to clients looking to maintain complete control over how their portfolio is managed. Keith has more than 25 years of experience as a portfolio manager specializing in managing wealth for clients worldwide. His investment expertise spans multi-asset class strategies including equities, fixed income, commodities, and currencies. Previously, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Global Equities for an offshore bank in Bermuda, where he was responsible for global investment strategies including asset allocation, equities, fixed income, commodities, alternative investments, and multi-currency.

  • Keith is the author of the highly-successful IceCap Global Market Outlook, a regular publication that provides a unique perspective on the critical issues that affect investment portfolios.

  • He leads the firm in providing transparent asset management backed by renowned global macro investment strategies to keep you ahead of the investment curve.

  • In addition to the traditional strategies of stocks and bonds, IceCap also considers strategies covering commodities, gold, currencies, and real estate.


EARLY CAREER

  • Keith started his career in Halifax as a Portfolio Manager at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he managed high net worth portfolios on a discretionary basis. 

  • He also served as a Client Services Manager at RBC, focused on the preparation of financial statements as well as performance measurement and derivatives.

  • Prior to launching IceCap, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Butterfield Asset Management.

  • Keith earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1998 and is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.
