  • Transformation Engagements. 

One of SVPG’s most popular services is a private engagement to help companies in their transformation journey to the product operating model.

  • Training Engagements. 

SVPG offers private versions of each of our workshops.  These private engagements can be either in-person or online.

  • Speaking Engagements. 

The SVPG partners are available for a variety of speaking engagements, both virtual and in-person. The typical format is a 45 minute presentation followed by 15-30 minutes of Q&A.
