George Aylward
George Aylward is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Virtus Investment Partners, a multi-strategy asset management firm based in Hartford, CT. He is responsible for setting and executing the overall strategic direction and growth of Virtus. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the asset management industry, Aylward began his career in the financial services group of PriceWaterhouse. He subsequently joined the corporate finance team of Phoenix Investment Partners, Virtus’ predecessor.
