Richard Vague
Richard Vague is the Acting Secretary of Banking and Securities for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition to this, he also serves as a Managing Partner at Gabriel Investments, an early-stage venture capital fund. Vague is known as a Renaissance Man and an expert in venture capital. He is the editor of Delanceyplace.com, a brief daily email with an excerpt or quote from a non-fiction work, mainly works of history.
