Augustana College
Augustana College is a selective residential college of the liberal arts and sciences. It offers over 90 majors and areas of study and popular programs include business and biology. It boasts a student-faculty ratio of 12:1, average class sizes of 18, 25 varsity athletic teams, and 13 music ensembles. Augustana encourages students to pursue their passions with Augie Choice, which gives students $2,000 to use for research, internships, or studying abroad.
- Students are actively involved in the over 200 organizations, including Greek life; 35% participate in sports, 20% are in musical ensembles, and more than 80% volunteer.
- CORE (Careers, Opportunities, Research, Exploration) provides students with a network to prepare for employment and graduate schools following graduation.
