Elmhurst University
Elmhurst University, formerly known as Elmhurst College, is a private liberal arts university known for its tradition of service-based learning. Founded in 1871, Elmhurst has become a comprehensive university that offers more than 70 undergraduate majors, 17 graduate programs, and several evening and online programs. The school is also home to the Elmhurst Learning and Success Academy, a four-year program for adults with differing abilities. Elmhurst University changed its name from Elmhurst College on July 1,2020.
