  • Mostly in Wetern Quebec but extends into eastern Ontario
  • The Val-d’Or (Valley of Gold) is located within the Quebec Gold Patch
  • Mined since the early 1900s
  • Has produced hundreds of millions ounces of gold
  • Also produced hundreds of millions of tons of copper, zinc & other metals
