Beatrice Webb
Beatrice Webb was an English sociologist, leading social reformer, co-founder of London School of Economics, prolific diarist, and a labour historian. She is the one who coined the term "collective bargaining." She depicted a crucial role in establishing the Fabian Society, a British socialist organization founded to advance democratic socialism.
