Charles Weinstein
Charles Weinstein is the Chief Executive Officer of Eisner Advisory, a full-service advisory and accounting firm offering audit, accounting, consulting, and tax services. He also sits on its Board of Directors and is a Member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In his role as CEO, Charles is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm and is instrumental in leading both organic growth and growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions. He is also significant in building a culture that embraces technology that benefits clients of the firm. With more than 35 years of experience in the field of public accounting, Charles has held leadership positions throughout his entire career. He is also an author and frequent speaker before professional audiences and has lectured universities on the topics of governance, M&As, and public and private financing. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Charles holds a number of corporate, industry, and charitable positions.

Charles is a practicing CPA for over 40 years.
He holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management accountant (CGMA) designations.
Prior to his current role, Charly was Managing Partner and CEO of EisnerAmper LLP and was Managing Partner of Eisner LLP.
He oversaw the combination of Eisner LLP and Amper, Politziner & Mattia, which was recognized as "Deal of the Year" by the Association for Corporate Growth.
He helped to found EisnerAmper Global, an international network of independent member firms created to address the specialized needs of the financial services industry.
A leader in the accounting profession, he has been quoted in local, regional, and national publications on the impact of new technologies and artificial intelligence.
