Christer Gardell

Christer Gardell is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Cevian Capital, a global investment firm acquiring significant ownership positions in European public companies where long-term value can be enhanced through active ownership. Prior to Cevian, he was CEO of AB Custos, a private equity enterprise based in London. Gardell also spent over a decade at McKinsey in Australia and Scandinavia, where he had worked on a variety of assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, sales improvement, overhead reduction, business process re-engineering, and corporate governance projects across a wide range of industries.
