Darren Richman is the Co-Founder, Co-Portfolio Manager and Managing Partner of Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, a leading opportunistic credit manager. He also serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Prior to establishing his own firm, Richman held senior leadership roles at big-time companies. Richman served as Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group for a decade. He focused on special situations and distressed investments, and sat on the Investment Committee for many of GSO's special situation-oriented funds. Richman was formerly a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Richman began his career with Deloitte in 1994, ultimately serving as Manager in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Services Group.
He was Vice President and Senior Special Situations Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
He served as Managing Director and Head of Research at DiMaio Ahmad Capital.
He previously sat on the Board of Sorenson Communications, F45, Seneca Mortgage and Warrior Coal.
