Dick Weil

Richard Weil is Chief Executive Officer of Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and overall day-to-day management of the firm. He also serves as a member of the board of directors and leads the firm’s Executive Committee. Weil has over 26 years of extensive experience in the financial industry. Before his tenure with Janus, Weil spent 15 years with PIMCO. He successfully led the development of PIMCO’s global business and founded their German operations.
