Gigi Skarlett
Gianina Skarlett is the Founder, CEO and Lead Engineer of W3 Learn Academy and CTW, a global community-centric brand dedicated to empowering women+ in the digital era. Under her leadership, CTW has helped empower over 20,000 community members globally to take part in Web3. Skarlett is a full-stack software engineer who is passionate about education, innovation and the Web3 space, and has become a role model for women and allies in the crypto and blockchain industry. She also serves as a software engineer at Forethought Technologies, a leading generative AI company providing customer service automation founded by a team of Dropbox, Palantir, and Autonomy alumni in 2017. Prior to joining the Web3 industry, she was a software engineer for an AI Silicon Valley tech company.
