EARLY LIFE AND CAREER

• Callais is a fourth generation in his family of serial entrepreneurs.

• He was exposed to a unique set of experiences in family business management at a young age. 

• He was drawn to the complexity and inner workings of financial services and began his career at a family-owned community bank.

• He demonstrated his combined experiences to develop accounting efficiencies, increased bond portfolio performance by 200bps and empowered the bank to make better decisions by enhancing liquidity analytics and interest rate risk management.

• He combines quantitative analytics and experiences in financial services management with an upbringing saturated with entrepreneurship and family business nt.

• He is a frequent panelist on industry matters and pitch competitions across LA and MS.
