Before founding PIXELYNX, Inder Phull built an extensive career at the intersection of music, entertainment, and innovation.
He previously served as Head of Gaming, Music, and Innovation at Graphite Music, where he managed artists and worked with globally recognized names including Lady Gaga and Ed Sheeran.
He also acted as a music consultant to Incipio Group, developing and overseeing comprehensive music strategies for multiple venues.
Throughout his career, Phull has advised organizations such as Skute, The Young Guns Network, and Musicians Against Animal Cruelty, and contributed to the Commercials & Partnerships team at the International Music Summit.
In collaboration with Beatport, he helped create and lead the release of SynthHeads, a collection of more than 3,000 NFTs that sold out within hours, becoming a benchmark Web3 music launch.
EARLY CAREER
Phull began his professional career in finance and analytics, starting as a Direct Tax Accountant at Ernst & Young in 2012.
He later worked as an Account Manager and Analyst at Project Sunblock, followed by a role as an Analyst at Channel 4, gaining experience in media, data, and commercial strategy.
He went on to found KRPT Group, a cultural strategy and marketing firm that helped brands connect authentically with modern audiences through creative advertising and cultural engagement, laying the foundation for his later work in digital culture and Web3.
