Jake Udell
Jake Udell is a music manager, entrepreneur, and Founder and CEO of Metalink, a premier NFT social application, where he leads company strategy and brand innovation. Prior to launching Metalink, Jake served as head of activation for Community.com, a software company enabling celebrities and high profile entities. He led activation for Community.com to over 26M+ users through revenue initiatives, onboarding celebrities, and building out the sales organization for the company. Jake was also the founder of the music management company TH3RD BRAIN, responsible for molding the careers of some of EDM's biggest stars. At TH3RD BRAIN, they launched the first accelerator for recording artists and pivoted the company into a record label with billions of streams. Jake was featured in Forbes 2016 30 Under 30 list in the Music category, and was listed as one of Billboard's 40 Under 40 in 2017.

TH3RD BRAIN is a talent management firm that has helped launch the careers of the platinum-selling electronic group Krewella, and Grammy-nominated musician ZHU, and Spotify Spotlight Artist Gallant, among others.
Billboard noted Udell's social media strategy for Krewella and chronicled their meteoric rise in 2013.
His recording artist roster also includes Pegboard Nerds, Stephen, and others.
He launched TH3RD BRAIN Accelerator, a 12-week program aimed to help the development of promising musicians.
