Jay Young is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of King Operating Corporation, a privately held Texas-based oil and gas operating company specializing in domestic energy investments. With more than three decades of experience in the energy and financial markets, Young is widely recognized as an oil and gas investing expert known for his strategic vision and entrepreneurial leadership. He is the host of The Jay Young Show podcast and the Amazon #1 best-selling author of The Upside of Oil and Gas Investing, in which he explains the philosophy and strategy behind King Operating Corporation’s investment model. Before founding King Operating Corporation, Young built a strong foundation in finance and commodities, serving as Vice President and Registered Representative at Texakoma Financial, Inc., Vice President at Dillon Gage, and a stock trader at World Market Equities. He has been a member of TIGER 21 since 2011 and was previously a minority owner of the World Series Champion Texas Rangers.
