Kate Graeff

Kate Graeff is Vice President of Enterprise Trust within Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory business. In this role, she advises C-Suite executives on various opportunities to grow their business, drive loyalty and engagement, and protect their brand by rebuilding trust with their stakeholders. Kate is an innovation and digital strategy manager who is passionate about shaping the future in response to social, economic, and technological trends. She consults with business leaders on emerging innovations, business models, trends, and their business implications, enabling them to unlock new value and growth. Having worked in over 20 countries and multiple industries around the world, Kate takes a global point of view on the world's biggest challenges and opportunities. Previously, she worked for a boutique global mobility consulting firm and for a youth development organization she founded. Kate also has experience defining organizational strategy, shaping new offerings, and designing, developing, and scaling technology solutions for global adoption.
