Medha Parlikar is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of CasperLabs, a leading blockchain software company for the enterprise market that is on a mission to reimagine blockchain for enterprise with a future-proof solution. Medha is a technology veteran with more than 30 years of tech experience, having spent two decades in management and software engineering where she delivered product software at Adobe, Omniture, Avalara, MP3.com and DivX. She is one of the top women in blockchain and was responsible for the creation and delivery of software products in her previous leadership roles. Throughout her career, Medha has acquired the perspective to resolve conflicts, guide and inspire teams, and bring the best possible outcome for the organization. Medha specializes in blockchain, content delivery, analytics, Ethereum, SaaS, product engineering, and cloud computing.
EARLY CAREER
Medha was a Program Manager at Pyrofex where she managed the development of an open-source blockchain platform.
At Avalara, she guided multi-disciplinary teams to increase delivery and solve tough technology and business problems.
As Director at Temboo, she developed product requirements to identify gaps in customer experience and roadmaps.
She was a Senior Manager of Quality Control at Omniture where he created charters for strategic quality initiatives and processes.
She served as a Quality Assurance Manager for Visual Sciences and a Quality Assurance Engineer for DivX.
