Peter Gleysteen
Peter Gleysteen is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of AGL Credit Management, a registered investment advisor he launched in 2019. Prior to this, he founded and served CIFC Asset Management as its Chief Executive Officer from 2005 until he sold it in 2014. Gleysteen also played an integral role in the evolution of the bank loan asset class at JPMorgan Chase and its antecedent entities, Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan. He made the first B-Loan in 1989 and conceived and introduced the Market Flex pricing convention in 1997.
