Piers Kicks is the Founding Partner of Delphi Ventures, the venture arm of Delphi Digital, where he specializes in the intersection of gaming and crypto. He is also a Venture Partner where he leads crypto efforts at BITKRAFT Ventures, the most active gaming investor globally. Piers is at the forefront of the blockchain gaming space, exploring the emergence of the metaverse through the lens of decentralized networks. He serves as a Board Member for the Blockchain Game Alliance to help steer the nascent sector's growth and has consulted with companies such as Activision, Riot, and Zynga on their participation in the space.

Piers acquired his first bitcoin at 13 years old in exchange for virtual currency in a video game.
He reached 69 global in Rainbow Six Siege, where there are over 50 million users, and built his own RuneScape private server.
He started the world’s first crypto native eSports DAO called MetaClan alongside some of the MetaCartel community leaders.
