Birmingham-Southern College
Birmingham-Southern College is the highest-ranked liberal arts college in the state of Alabama. Students are required to complete two exploration terms, which consist of four-week sessions where students can participate in internships, service-learning, and travel. Some experiences include exploring the Galapagos Islands, conducting research with a professor, and volunteering in Africa.
