Retail
Type: Neighborhood or community retail centers priced below replacement cost that offers the ability to achieve entrepreneurial returns through aggressive leasing, improved management, redevelopment, or pricing considerations.
Size: $1-$30 million (will consider larger transactions)
Opportunistic
Type: Other real-estate types will be considered, including debt instruments, where the potential for significant short-term returns exists. BRC has concluded transactions on multi-tenant office, automotive service, and residential, as well as retail.
