Oberlin College is a private liberal arts college built upon a foundation of academic, artistic, and musical excellence. A place of intense energy and creativity, Oberlin College is the first college to grant undergraduate degrees to women in a coeducational program. It was a leader in the education of African Americans. It is also the second-oldest continuously operating co educational institute of higher learning in the world.
