ValueAct Capital is a leading investment company that manages assets on behalf of some of the world's largest institutional investors. It offers data-driven insights to managers and directors and aims to invest for the long-term. VAC has made over 100 core investments and served on over 50 public company boards. It regularly holds positions for 3 to 5 years and occasionally for 10 years or more.
