Alan Lane is the Chief Executive Officer of Silvergate Bank, a banking platform based in La Jolla, CA. He is also the President and CEO of the bank’s holding company, Silvergate Capital Corporation. He has more than 35 years of corporate and financial institution leadership experience. Most recently, Lane was Vice Chairman and CEO of Southwest Community Bancorp. Outside financial institutions, Lane has also held several leadership roles in both manufacturing and retail companies, varying in size from $10 million to $50 million in annual revenues.
