He oversees acquisition, enhancement, and disposition strategies for all Dilweg-owned assets through his guidance of the Investment Committee. He also steers the strategic direction of the firm as a member of the Leadership Committee. In addition, he serves as a Partner in various firm-owned real estate partnerships. Previously, he was a star quarterback at Duke University and spent 3 years in the NFL before entering the commercial real estate business as a broker in 1993.
Since its founding, Dilweg has acquired more than $1.34 billion in asset value and more than 11.1 million square feet throughout the Southeast.

He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers where he played two seasons.
He was a member of the 1992 Los Angeles Raiders and Montreal Machine of the World League where he rounded out his professional football career.
