Bastian Bolesta is the CEO and Managing Partner of Deep Field Capital, an independent asset management company based in Switzerland. In this role, he leads the firm’s business development and investment process for its systematic investment strategies on the asset management and proprietary trading side. As the primary driver of the team’s growth and transformation, Bolesta has grown DFC from a self-funded proprietary trading house to a multi-product institutional asset management business.
