Charles Drucker
Charles Drucker is the CEO of Worldpay, a global industry leader in payments technology and solutions. He served as Executive Chairman and CEO of Worldpay, following the 2018 acquisition of Worldpay Group by Vantiv. Under his leadership, he has positioned Worldpay as a pioneering force in the payment ecosystem and number one global merchant acquirer. Drucker is a seasoned leader in the payments industry who has been at the forefront of industry change. Previously, he served as the CEO of Vantiv, where he led both the firm's separation from Fifth Third Bank in 2009 and subsequent successful IPO and listing on the NYSE in 2012. He also worked within Fifth Third Bank’s Investment Advisors division, which included Private Bank, Securities Retail Brokerage, Asset Management, and Institutional Services.
EARLY CAREER
Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, Drucker built Worldpay into the No. 1 global acquirer (Nilson Report).
Prior to his appointment as Vantiv CEO, he was President of Fifth Third Processing Solutions; the division later became Vantiv.
He also previously led Fifth Third’s investment advisors division, which included private bank, securities retail brokerage, asset management and institutional services.
Before joining Fifth Third, he was with First Data Corporation and Wells Fargo.
