Colleen Sullivan
Colleen Sullivan is the Head of BH Digital, the new crypto-focused division of Brevan Howard. In her role, Colleen leads the firm’s private and venture investment activities in crypto, alongside chairing its investment committee that focuses on disruptive technologies in the crypto asset class. Prior to joining Brevan Howard, she was Co-founder and CEO of CMT Digital, the investment arm of Chicago proprietary trading firm CMT Group. During her time at CMT, she specialized in crypto-asset trading and blockchain technology investments, and oversaw trading, investments, and regulatory initiatives in the crypto asset blockchain technology space. Earlier in her career, Colleen co-founded a company called iOptions Group which developed hedging and monetization strategies for holders of employee stock options.

EARLY CAREER AND EXPERTISE
She was Co-founder and Managing Member of Sullivan Wolf Kailus, a boutique law firm that specializes in hedge fund, private equity, VC, digital assets, and other alternative products.
At Sullivan Wolf Kailus, she advised hedge fund, proprietary trading, private equity, broker-dealer, and financial trading technology clients.
She was a Managing Member of Rodriguez-Ayala Sullivan, a boutique law firm that provides legal services to investment management firms.
She previously practiced law in the Investment Funds and Derivatives group at Sidley Austin. She became a solo practitioner after leaving Sidley Austin in 2004.
Throughout her career, she advised and represented numerous investment advisers on securities, derivatives, and futures-related regulatory and corporate matters.
