David Winters is the Founder and Managing Member of Wintergreen Advisers. He is the Portfolio Manager of Wintergreen Fund, a no-load global value fund that he launched in 2005. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the management of the Fund’s portfolio. He also oversees the day-to-day management of the Fund. Winters has more than 30 years of experience analyzing securities.
