Geoffrey Batt
Geoffrey Batt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Euphrates Advisors, an investment management firm that manages the Euphrates Iraq Fund Ltd., which invests in Iraqi companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX). He is a known veteran in the Iraqi investment landscape with market experience going back 2008. He was a Senior Advisor to the Atlantic Council’s “Future of Iraq Project”, where he worked with Career Ambassador Ryan Crocker. Prior to his Iraq investments, he was an analyst at Quantrarian Capital Management, a hedge fund investing in listed equities and derivatives throughout the Asia ex-Japan region.
