Jack Clark Francis, Ph.D., is Professor of Economics and Finance at Bernard Baruch College. Prior to his teaching career, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he was Company Commander, and served for two years. A former member of the Finance Faculty of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. He was also a Federal Reserve Economist, where he focused in monetary economics research. Francis is also a known author with over 20 books, with over 50 of his research articles published in refereed academic journals. Dr. Jack Clark Francis has also served as an expert witness and consultant.
