  • Joe began his professional advertising career in New York City as a Junior Project Manager for the advertising agency TBWA/Chiat/Day.

  • He then worked at Mr. Youth where he helped the agency grow from seven employees to over 120. 

  • Prior to joining real estate, he was the youngest Vice President of SS+K in New York City.


PHILANTHROPY

  • Joe is an experienced fundraiser, personally raising over $100,000,000 from private investors for real estate investments

  • He champions various causes through the Best Ever Causes initiative, supporting organizations ranging from health-focused charities to providing scholarships for advertising students at Texas Tech.
