John Legat
John Legat is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Imara Asset Management, an independent asset manager based in Zimbabwe. He has earned extensive experience gained from his 13 years at GT Management, where he specialized in European equities. He then joined the Global Emerging Markets team at GT in 1990. In 1995, Legat established and managed the GT Africa Fund, one of the first mutual funds of its kind.
