Leemon Baird
Dr. Leemon Baird is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of Hedera Hashgraph. He is known as the inventor of the hashgraph distributed consensus algorithm. With more than 20 years of technology and startup experience, Dr. Baird has held roles as a senior scientist in a number of labs. He has also co-established several startups, including two identity-related startups. He has multiple patents and publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences in mathematics, computer security, and machine learning.
