Michael Craig-Scheckman

Michael Craig-Scheckman is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Deer Park Road, an alternative investment management firm whose approach and philosophy mainly focus on opportunities across the entire credit spectrum. Michael has responsibility for all of the firm’s investment decisions, portfolios and portfolio risk management. He has operated DPRC as an investment advisor, focused exclusively on deeply discounted fixed income securities. Michael has been in the investment business for over 40 years and has over 25 years of experience in the distressed mortgage-backed/asset-backed field. Prior to founding Deer Park Road, he worked for Millennium Partners from 1993 through 2008 and continued to manage assets for Millennium until 2010.
