Michael Safai is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dexterity Capital, a high-frequency quantitative trading firm focused on digital asset markets. He leads Dexterity in thriving in market neutral strategies, adapting whether the bulls or bears are winning. Safai is a seasoned operator in tech with a multidisciplinary background. Prior to Dexterity, he was Head of International and Head of Recruiting at LiveRamp, where he was responsible for expanding the company’s presence globally and building relationships with partners and clients.
