Nick Kokonas
Nick Kokonas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tock, a cloud-based booking system for restaurants, events, and pop-ups. After applying dynamic and variable pricing, prepayment of reservations, and improved CRM to his own restaurants, he established Tock in 2014 to bring his software to the restaurant industry. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience across several industries, Kokonas has mastered the art of pricing and market discovery. He also served as a Founding Partner of Third Moment Trading, a proprietary derivatives trading firm specializing in equity, currency, and yield-curve options and futures.
