Peter Harrison is an accomplished global executive and former Group CEO of Schroders, a British multinational asset management company. Under his leadership, Schroders' assets under management more than doubled to over £750 billion, moving the firm into private markets and other high-yielding areas of investment markets. Harrison is a veteran leader with more than 35 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining Schroders, he was Chairman and CEO of RWC Partners, and served in senior positions at JP Morgan and Deutsche Asset Management. He was also a Founding Member of the UK Treasury’s Asset Management Taskforce and the Capital Markets Industry Taskforce. Today, he serves as a Board of Director at Lazard, where he sits on the Audit and Workplace and Culture Committees.

Harrison joined Schroders in 2013. He was appointed to the Board of Schroders plc in May 2014. Prior to his current role he was Global Head of Investment.
Under his leadership, Schroders' assets under management more than doubled to over £750 billion.
He led the firm's entry into private markets and wealth management to compensate for a drop-off in the firm’s core traditional active management business.
He was also widely engaged in improving diversity and inclusion across financial institutions.
EARLY CAREER
Harrison began his career Schroders and later spent time at Newton `Investment Management and Flemings/JP Morgan as a Portfolio Manager.
He served as Global Chief Investment Officer of Deutsche Bank’s various asset management businesses and Head of Global Equities for JP Morgan.
Prior to rejoining Schroders, he served as Chairman and CEO of RWC Partners.
