Steve McDonald is a bond expert and strategist at The Oxford Club. McDonald serves as the Editor of Oxford Bond Advantage and a Contributing Editor to The Oxford Income Letter and Wealth Retirement. He is also the Host of "Slap in the Face'' Award, a regular video series featured on Wealthy Retirement, where he puts together a two-minute retirement solution for subscribers. In addition, he is the Host of our Market Wake-Up Call videos for the members-only newsletter, The Oxford Insight. McDonald worked as a professional broker and has been an active trader of bonds for more than two decades, specializing in ultra-short-maturity corporate bonds. Prior to joining the investment industry, he spent eight years in the Navy as a naval aviator and a surface warfare officer.
