Whit Gibbs is Co-Founder and CEO of Compass Mining, a Bitcoin-first, proof-of-work mining hardware and hosting company that aims to strengthen Bitcoin's network by democratizing hash rate. Alongside his team, Whit aims to democratize bitcoin mining to give everyone the ability to mine bitcoin anywhere around the world. Under his leadership, the company has grown to be one of the world's largest providers of hardware sales and hosting space for bitcoin miners. Whit is passionate about helping businesses build external relationships and increase sales. Prior to launching Compass Mining, he was a Senior TV Producer for Education Alliance, where he highlighted new stories and innovative concepts through groundbreaking short-form and long-form documentary presentations.
