iShares Select Dividend ETF
iShares Select Dividend ETF offers exposure to broad-cap U.S. companies with a consistent history of dividends. It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index composed of relatively high dividend paying U.S. equities, providing access to U.S. stocks with 5-year records of paying dividends. DVY offers exposure to the U.S. high-dividend space that skews toward smaller firms paying consistent dividends. The Fund is relatively efficient from a cost perspective, with an expense ratio comparable to funds offering similar exposure. DVY can also be effective as a tactical tool, shifting holdings towards companies that will often exhibit lower volatility in certain environments.
