Longford Capital is one of the first litigation funds in the United States. It invests in claims at all stages of the litigation process, including during the initial dispute or pre-filing phase; before, during, and after the completion of discovery and dispositive motions; through the pre-trial and trial process; and during the appeal. Longford also funds attorneys' fees and other costs necessary to pursue meritorious legal claims in return for a share of a favorable settlement or award.
