ABOUT SOLARIS RESOURCES

  • Solaris Resources Inc. is a leading copper and gold exploration company dedicated to advancing high-potential mineral projects across the Americas.

  • The company explores and develops assets rich in copper, molybdenum, gold, lead, zinc, and silver, with a strategic focus on tier-one discoveries that can support the global transition to clean energy.

  • Formerly known as Solaris Copper Inc., the company rebranded to Solaris Resources Inc. in December 2019 to reflect its broader commodity focus and growth trajectory.

  • Solaris later relocated its headquarters to Quito, Ecuador, following the termination of a financing deal with a Chinese investor, citing delays in Canada’s regulatory review process.

KEY PROJECTS

  • Warintza (Ecuador) – The company’s flagship copper-gold project, Warintza hosts a cluster of large, outcropping copper porphyry deposits with significant open-pit resource potential. Located in southeastern Ecuador’s Morona Santiago Province, Warintza is viewed as one of the most promising new copper discoveries in the region.

  • Capricho & Paco Orco (Peru) – These early-stage exploration projects are prospective for near-surface, high-grade copper and precious-metal mineralization. Together, they enhance Solaris’s diversified pipeline of growth opportunities across South America.

  • Tamarugo (Chile) – Situated in one of the world’s most prolific copper belts, Tamarugo lies within the same geological trend that hosts Chile’s largest copper porphyry deposits. Solaris holds a 100% interest in claim blocks covering approximately 7,600 hectares, positioning the company for future discovery upside.

  • La Verde (Mexico) – A joint venture with Teck Resources, Solaris holds a 60% interest in this advanced-stage copper project located in Michoacán State. The project benefits from existing infrastructure, including paved roads, water, power, and rail access, offering strong leverage to higher copper prices and favorable development economics.
