Andrew Spokes
Andrew Spokes is the Managing Partner and Executive Chair of Farallon Capital Management, a global and diversified hedge fund. He succeeded founder Tom Steyer as Managing Partner of the firm in 2012. Prior to joining Farallon, Spokes worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs for ten years, most recently as Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Goldman Sachs Asia.

Spokes joined Farallon Capital in 1997 and became the co-managing partner in May 2007, based in Asia and Europe.
He moved to San Francisco in 2007 from London, where he oversaw strategy and portfolio management at Farallon's Noonday Global Management Ltd. unit.
