Andy McCulloch

Andrew McCulloch is Managing Director and Global Head of Data and Analytics at Green Street, an industry leader in real estate and real estate investment trust research and advisory services. McCulloch is responsible for driving the firm's long-term roadmap and vision around market analytics, forecasting, and data science. He also manages Green Street third-party data relationships and strategic partnerships for the research team. He launched and led Green Street's Data & Analytics division, which produces proprietary data, forecasts, and advanced valuation analytics across 20 different property sectors and all major markets in the United States and Europe. McCulloch is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private commercial real estate markets. Prior to joining Green Street in 2005, he spent three years at PLX Systems working on valuation analytics for intellectual property. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Forbes, Grant's, and The Financial Times, among other publications.
