Bart is one of the most established and active venture capital investors in the blockchain technology industry. He is a three-time founder whose career has focused on emerging technologies—an internet company, a hedge fund, and a venture capital firm. Prior to this, he led his own family hedge fund, Stephens Investment Management, a venture firm that deals with diversified investment strategies that go beyond the crypto realm. Together with his brother Brad Stephens, Bart invented and pioneered "nanocap" investing, a venture capital style in the public markets focused on sub micro-cap equities.
