At XP, he oversaw the North American institutional equity derivatives business and was responsible for over 7 billion notional in transaction value.

EARLY CAREER
Eison started his career as an Equity Derivatives Trader at J.P. Morgan, where he managed financial and energy options portfolios.
He later joined Citadel Securities, where he managed the energy portfolio for a little over a year.
He was Head of Equity Derivatives and Emerging Markets at Sunrise Brokers, an interdealer broker.
