Hetherington began his career at Merrill in 1986 as a Financial Advisor in one of the firm's largest offices on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
In 1997, he transferred to the New Canaan office, where he now serves as Senior Resident Director, as well as a Private Wealth Advisor to ultra-affluent individuals, families, and businesses.
He is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Merrill Lynch Advisory Program.
